Priority exposure: Member requests receive an exclusive badge and priority placement in provider lists, improving response speed by 50%.
Precise matching: The platform recommends 3–5 qualified providers based on request keywords, reducing selection time.
Progress tracking: Dedicated support follows provider responses. If no provider responds within 48 hours, two additional high-match providers are recommended.
